HABIT - RISING UP FROM THE ASHES
As most of you know, Habit Lounge on Main and 10th had a fire just before Christmas last year, which sadly meant doors closed for the best part of a year. However, we are now pleased to inform you that it's now just a week away from opening it's very tasteful doors.
With an oppurtunity to reinvent itself somewhat, the room has come together marvelously, returning closely to the original concept of a 70's inspired lounge. Evoke (David Nicolay and Robert Edmonds) have done wonders using warm, dark, earthy tones consisting of shag pile on the walls and brown studded leather booths. Not to mention the signature deer's head (papermache this time!) and a champagne gold finished bar.
I know I'm looking forward to kicking back to some Kool & The Gang, making-my-own Blue Hawaiian and chomping down on some brie and carrot perogies. Especially when I get my order in for their 1.30am last call - 6 nights a week. Late night drinking is something that Main St has been crying out for and it now looks like groovers will have just that, a smooth place to kick back and develop a Habit.

Just going through all the posts - well done boys. Loved that Castlemaine ad. Bless them. Sherry is hideous.
