SOUTH AFRICAN VINO
I am fortunate enough to have a father, who loves his wine. Having spend much of my life sampling fine South African wine, I have always been disappointed to have never seen any of my favourite wines overseas. Until now, on visiting my local beer & wine yesterday I spotted a bottle of Beyerskloof Pinotage. Drinkable now, this baby really comes of age after a little time in the cellar. Other wines to look out for: Thelema - Cabs & anything you can get your hands on, Vergelegen - Sauvignon, Plaisir De Merle - everything is amazing.
