Something the Germans rarely get credit for is their fondness for fun ways to get steaming drunk! In Germany (parts of Austria & Italy too) Federweisser is only available from early September to late October. With transportation of Federweisser almost impossible due to the ongoing fermentation process inside the bottle it's no wonder it's been kept locked up in the Father Land. With 3 easy to follow steps and a handy video tutorial, you can now make the drink anytime you like at home. All you need is a 64-ounce bottle of juice (grape or cranberry juice work best), then simply empty a sachet of "Spike Your Juice" powder into the bottle replace the lid with an air lock and let it sit for 48 hrs or longer - longer you leave it, the more it ferments and the stronger it becomes. Then carefully remove the lid, pour yourself some and drink. Conveniently it also looks a lot like cool aid, which makes it dead handy for a sly tipple at a family BBQ.
