NEW COCKTAIL SCHOOL IN GASTOWN
At The Diamond in Gastown, there is an innovative group of true cocktail bartending professionals introducing a broad range of cocktail classes for all. After a very successful stint teaching classes at the Vancouver Club, they'll be demonstrating the true craft of the cocktail in a fun, hands-on environment behind their own bar.
Forget the usual, run of the mill 'bartending courses' where they'll teach you how to make crappy shots with stupid names or how to use a soda gun. These courses are dated and have not evolved with how the bar and cocktail scene has. So it's fantastic to see the crew at the Diamond offering something that is truly unique and befitting to Vancouver's thriving cocktail scene.
